3. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we may provide tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication methods.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, address, mobile number and PIN code.
Sadafal Jewellers will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must be available to receive the order and make the applicable payment at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
